After - Sales Terms

I. Scope of Application

These terms apply to after - sales processing and are only applicable to transactions completed through this APP within the territory of Pakistan. By using this APP, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

II. Express Refund (Before Shipment)

1. Regular Products: Users can apply for an express refund at any time before the order is shipped. The refund will be returned to the original account within 1 - 3 working days.

2. Flash Sale Products: Due to tight inventory and special prices, flash sale products do not support express refunds. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modifiedThe flash sale products here refer to the products sold in the resale center, the same below.

III. After - Sales Application (After Shipment)

1. Application Time: Users can apply for after - sales services (including return and exchange) from the date of shipment by the platform until they click to confirm receipt on the APP.

2. Automatic Confirmation of Receipt Rule: If the user does not actively confirm receipt, the system will automatically confirm receipt on the 14th day after shipment, and no after - sales application can be made thereafter.

3. After - Sales Process:

· Users need to submit an after - sales application in the APP and provide supporting documents such as product photos.

· The platform will review the application within 48 hours. If a return is required, the user must send the product back to the designated address within 7 days (shipping costs will be borne by the platform).

· After the product is inspected and meets the requirements, the platform will complete the refund or exchange within 5 - 10 working days.

IV. After - Sales Restrictions

1. After Confirmation of Receipt: Once the user clicks to confirm receipt or the system automatically confirms receipt, no after - sales services, including but not limited to return, refund or exchange, can be applied for.

2. Product Status:

· Returned products must remain unused, unopened, with original packaging and accessories intact.

· If the product is artificially damaged, has missing labels or signs of use, the platform has the right to refuse the after - sales application.

V. Legal Basis and Dispute Resolution

1. Compliance: These terms strictly comply with Pakistan's Consumer Protection Act 1997 and relevant provincial regulations (such as the Sindh Province Consumer Protection Act 2014), to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users.

2. Dispute Handling:

· If users are not satisfied with the result of after - sales processing, they can submit an appeal by contacting customer service in the APP, and the platform will reply within 7 working days.

· Final disputes can be submitted to the Pakistan Consumer Court for ruling.

VI. Other Terms

1. Logistics Timeliness: The platform uses local logistics by default (such as TCS, Leopards, etc.). The estimated delivery time is 2 - 5 working days, and it may be extended in remote areas.

2. Refund Method: The refund will be returned to the original payment account (3 - 15 working days).

3. Policy Update: The platform reserves the right to modify these terms. Updated content will be notified to users through APP announcements or text messages. Continued use of the APP by users will be deemed as acceptance of the new terms.

Legal Statement

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Matters not covered herein shall be handled with reference to the Consumer Protection Act 1997 and the industry practices of mainstream e - commerce platforms. If there is a conflict between these terms and the law, the law shall prevail.
